Using a Field Service Software is only better than using paper if the processes are automated.

Repair-CRM automates the following task:

  • Incoming Work Requests from Clients are processed 24/7

  •  After a Request is assigned to your workforce, the technician is notified about the new job

  • The customer is notified on the day of the Appointment on WHO to expect and WHEN

  • If necessary, the CUSTOMER can CANCEL the appointment by clicking from the email

  • Technicians receive their daily briefing in an email

  • After a Job is done, the CUSTOMER receives the WORK ORDER PDF in an email and asked to RATE the JOB

  • RATINGs are collected and displayed in a LEADERBOARD
