The Dispatching Tab in Repair-CRM is your go-to hub for scheduling jobs efficiently. It’s designed to provide a quick overview and access to job scheduling tools, making it easier to allocate jobs to technicians based on their availability. 1. Brief Overview of Layout:

  • Left Panel:

    • The left panel displays details of the selected job including client, technician, address, and time.

    • Below the job details, you'll find a list of Unscheduled jobs awaiting to be placed on the calendar.

  • Calendar View:

    • The main area displays the calendar, where jobs are represented with technician's color codes for easy identification.

    • You can filter jobs based on technicians at the top of the calendar.

    • Views: Toggle between Month, Week, Day, and List views to have a broader or more detailed perspective of the schedule.

    • Drag & Drop Functionality: Easily reschedule jobs by dragging and dropping them to new time slots.

    • Double Click Access: Double-click on a job to open it in detail, allowing for a deeper insight and modifications if needed.

  • Quick Job Creation:

    • At the top of the Dispatching Tab, the ‘New Job’ button enables quick job creation. Although this quick add feature allows for basic details like client, address, and description, it does not permit the addition of assets or items.

    • Use the Dispatching Tab to quickly schedule unscheduled jobs by dragging them from the Unscheduled jobs list onto the calendar.

    • Switch between different calendar views to better understand technician availability and job distribution over different time frames.

  • Quick Job Editing:
