Client management is a pivotal aspect of Repair-CRM, designed to organize and streamline your interactions with your clients, whether they are individuals or companies. With a host of features aimed at capturing crucial client details and managing client relationships effectively, Repair-CRM ensures a structured approach to client management. This article delves into the various client management features within Repair-CRM.

1. Client Identification:

  • When adding a new client, a checkmark indicates whether the client is a company. If the checkmark is true, the client name field captures the Company Name. If not, it captures the individual's name, with an option to add a Company Name additionally.

2. Client Types:

  • Clients can be categorized into various Client Types such as Residential, Commercial, Vendor, Restaurant, etc. This classification helps in tailoring service delivery and communication based on client categories.

3. Contact Management:

  • For each client, multiple contacts can be set up with mutiple phone numbers, email addresses, ensuring that all necessary individuals are reachable for service coordination and communication.

4. Location Management:

  • Clients can have multiple locations (addresses) associated with their profile. During work order creation, you can select the specific location for the job, ensuring accurate service delivery.

5. Asset Management:

  • Multiple assets like printers, HVAC units, or appliances belonging to the client can be saved in Repair-CRM. This feature is crucial for managing maintenance services efficiently on client's equipment.

  • Client Service History can be viewed for a client with all work orders.

  • Asset Service History can be viewed for a specific asset.

6. Child-Parent Relationships:

  • Establishing a child-parent relationship between clients allows for a structured management of entities like Facility or Property Management companies (parent) and their respective offices, buildings, or apartments (child).

  • Jobs are assigned to the individual units or buildings (child entities), but the quote and invoice can be sent to the facility management company (parent entity). This setup ensures that service delivery and billing processes are aligned with the organizational structure of your clients.

Repair-CRM's Client Management features are crafted to offer a robust framework for managing client information, relationships, and service delivery processes. By leveraging these features, you can ensure a smooth and organized client interaction, making service delivery more efficient and client-centric.
