Enable the integration with going into your Repair-CRM account.

  • After logging in navigate to Settings / System settings / Integrations.

  • Click on the Button Connect to QuickBooks

  • Using the QuickBooks authentication API, log in to your QuickBooks account and enable Repair-CRM to access your account.

  • You can Disconnect the integration anytime you want to.

  • After Successful integration you will see 3 things:

    • Clients tab, New button (on the right arrow) Import from QuickBooks: lets you import your Customers from QuickBooks Online

    • Parts tab, New button (on the right arrow) Import from QuickBooks: lets you import your Products from QuickBooks Online

    • After scheduling and Finalizing a Job, you can send the Job data to Quickbooks to create an Invoice (on the Jobs tab, after selecting a finalized Job)

    • Note: After saving a Job, make sure it is Accepted by the technician and make sure to finalize (Close the Job) it in the Jobs list. Only finalized Jobs can be send to QuickBooks Online
