Plans change. Here's how to unschedule, unassign or delete a job.

Unschedule a job

  1. Open the job and click Edit.

  2. Remove the date/time and save.

The job goes back to Unscheduled.

Unassign the technician

  1. Open the job.

  2. Click Release technician.

The job becomes Unassigned.

Tip: For jobs without a technician yet, assign a Placeholder user. If the technician field is empty, the job may fall back to the user who created it.

Delete a job

  1. Open the jobs list and select the job.

  2. Click the red delete button at the top.

  3. Confirm.

An email notification is sent when a work order is deleted.
