In Repair-CRM, go to Settings → My settings.
Find the Connect to Google Calendar section and click Connect.
A Google authorization window opens. Select the Google account you want to connect and grant the requested permissions.
Once connected, click Settings in the Google Calendar section.
Under Target Calendar, select the calendar where you want your jobs to appear.
Click Save.
The connection is set up for your individual user account. Each technician connects their own Google account to sync the jobs assigned to them.
Note: The first screenshot shows an account that is already connected, so Settings and Disconnect are visible. Before connecting, you will see Connect instead.
What appears in Google Calendar?
Each synced job includes the information you need for your visit:
Work order (WO) number
Customer company name
Scheduled date and time
Full job address
Problem description
For example, an event title may appear as WO/001809 Eddie’s Prime Seafood, with the scheduled time and job address shown in the calendar. Open the event to view its details.
What happens when a job changes?
When a job is updated in Repair-CRM, the changes are automatically synced to Google Calendar.
For example, if a job is rescheduled in Repair-CRM, its calendar event is updated to reflect the new time.
Moving the event or editing its description in Google Calendar does not update the job in Repair-CRM. To change a job’s schedule, address, or problem description, make the change in Repair-CRM.
How to disconnect
Go to Settings → My settings, find the Google Calendar section, and click Disconnect to disconnect your Google account.
