How to Use Recurring Jobs

The Recurring Jobs feature enables users to create and manage repeating work orders for individual assets within Repair-CRM. Whether it’s monthly equipment maintenance, quarterly inspections, or annual certifications, this tool automates the scheduling process, saving time and reducing manual work.

With just a few clicks, you can:

Recurring Jobs can be created for each Asset.

    Add a Name for the task (Filter renewal), a description.
    You can also dedicate a Technician to be the foreman for the job.

  3. Set the Schedule: Define the frequency and start/end dates for the recurring job.

  4. Assign a Technician: Choose the team member responsible for the job.

  5. Save and Automate: Once saved, the system will automatically create work orders according to the schedule.
